Position Responsibilities:
The key duties for which the employee is accountable are as follows:
Production assembly support

• Review and disposition of customer complaints (rmas).

• Production line scrap review and disposition
• Engineering change notices
• Write, maintain and train on work instructions
• Review and disposition of rejected parts and products
• First article reports - disposition new parts
• Create and maintain product and shipping labels
• Write rework orders for non-conforming parts
• Develop new tooling and test procedures for assembly and supplier processes
• Prepare and participate in team presentations
• Develop and implement product improvements
• Change agent - continuous improvement (kaizen) leader

Position Requirements: The education, experience, skills and training required of the employee for this position are as follows:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology; Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 Years of Manufacturing Experience. Knowledge and experience of a regulated industry such as medical or pharmaceutical is preferred

• Ability to problem solve; read and interpret electrical and mechanical engineering drawings
• Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form
• Ability to work with and train others and be effective as a teamplayer
• Digital Skills: Ability to use Microsoft-related computer programs, Autocad basic, Ability to write and debug Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 or higher programs desired
• Understanding of ISO9001 standard
• Understanding of electrical safety and essential performance standard IEC 60601-1
• Able to comply with all Corporate policies and local regulatory
