- Timely and correct preparation of management reports used for decision making.
- Reconciliation of the information contained in the different management reports.
- Analysis of the business results of Wholesale.
- Prepare information and analysis required by Senior Management in Mexico.
- Provide analysis and advice of added value to the different lines of businesses.
- Ensure that the information contained in management reports is 100% correct and consistent with other reports.
- Clearly and efficiently process the requirements of the Wholesale Segment Heads
- Managing the Digital Transformation Book of Work of Business Finance Wholesale (projects, initiatives, etc)
- Project management and execution.
Leadership & Teamwork
- Focus on streamlining and automating processes so that people reduce their time in the office.
- Support team members when there are doubts about the issues and reports generated, as well as working together to be able to comply with what is requested in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Business Intelligence knowledge: Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Cognos Analytics.
- Data Base knowledge: SQL, C++, Excel, Visual Basic, etc.
- Experience in a similar position within the Financial Sector.
- Project and process transformation management skills.
- Proactivity and ability to discuss with the business.
- Analytical thinking
