Job Description

- Introduce highly complex production technologies according to CAP0603076 and other specific procedures of Continental Automotive.
Investigate, evaluate and successfully develop manufacturing technologies.

-Optimize production technologies in terms of quality, time and cost.

-Propose and lead introductions of new technologies in production lines, as well as Road Map and technology innovation projects.
Participation in local and global technical communities that set the standards for Continental. Suppliers development and evaluation.

-Manage, sustain and optimize process equipment through continuous improvements (Software and Hardware, improving overall KPIs-such as PFY, utilization rate, PpK/Cpk, cycle times, etc.).

Mentoring others strongly in career development, acting as a role model for achieving successful technical impact. To support strongly the technology Road Map activities and projects, locally and globally. An active developer of world wide Continental standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 1 - 3 Years of experience in the automotive or electronic industry.
- 1 - 3 Years of experience leading improvement projects. Innovative and flexible working methods.
- Project management knowledge
- Use of statistical tools for process and equipment analysis ( SPC, MCA, CPK)

- Electronic, hidraulic and pneumatic knowledge
- Electric and pneumatic diagrams interpretation
- English medium / high
-Team work and lead other engineers, Be self motivated, clear and effective communication skills, well organized, teamwork skills
