MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The main purpose of the Maket IT Lead role is to deliver technological solutions determined in the IT strategy/roadmap. The main role is to proactively develop a strong relationship with his internal customers, suppliers and global IT teams in order to understand the key processes of the Customer Development business. Will participated in the develpment and implementation of IT solutions at a global, regional and/or local level.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN SIMILAR ROLES:

3-5 Years of Working experience in similar roles

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

• Business Partnering with internal customers to identify areas of oportunity in which technology is beneficial to the process of the area. Build a communication bridge between the global IT teams and the business to expedite the current and future needs of different processes.
• Implementation of customer development technical solutions, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business needs into technical solutions.
• Resolves complex technical problems and research the root cause of specific problems.
• Coordinates market IT projects and manages project portfolio for the specific area.
• Makes recomendations of technical desings and good practices for IT solutions implementations.
• Liases closely with third party and/or global teams to delivery specific solutions in the market.
• Identifies the appropiate application to meet business requirements.
• Understands technology trends and new emerging technologies that can fit in customer development process.
• Collaborates with other teams to identify and implement customer development solutions to enhance the user experience.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION NEEDED:

Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED?

• English (advanced)
• Portuguese (desirable).
• Knowlage of system development life cycle system development like waterfall and/or agile.
• SAP ECC, CRM solutions (Salesforce)
• Experience and knowledge on Sales and or DSD IT solutions.
