Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related areas
Experience / Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related areas or a minimum of 5 years ofexperience with the large international Manufacturing industry and / or Manufacturing ExecutionSystems administration / implementation.
- Experience leading teams of business systems analysts.
- Experience using and designing MES applications.
- Experience working with IT projects and IT product roadmap development.
- Familiar with Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Presentation, Calendar, and Gmail)
- Experience writing user-facing and business-facing requirement documents.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Inquisitive mind and a lifelong learner.
- Technology savvy.
- Experience interfacing with non-native English speakers is desired.
- Preferred Requirements
- Experience interfacing with non-native English speakers
- Previous experience writing business requirements documentation, software-related guidelines,
- process-oriented SOPs.

- Proficient and skillful at translating business requirements into technical requirements for the development team.

Responsibilities / Activities:
- Develop product strategy.
- Coach and develop the team members.
- Develop and maintain product roadmap.
- Develop user stories.
- Develop requirements.
- Confirm ROI / Value Proposition, Priorities, and Release plan.
- Coordinate with engineering to execute according to the release plan.
- Coordinate with SQA for testing and validation.
- Technical documentation writing support.
- Release Notes verification.
- Coordinate with marketing for feature function terminologies and Market release plans.
- Train sales.
- Train sales engineering.
- Train professional services.
- Train support staff.
- Train the training team.
- Support customer conversations on rare occasions or under strategic circumstances.
- Listen to the voice of the customer where necessary.
- Support publication of white papers.
- The product architecture team is responsible to ensure that all requirements are clear and complete.

- Develop specifications diagrams and flowcharts for programmers to follow
