Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree completed
• Minimum 5 years in similar position.
• Wide availability.

• Excel (advanced)
• Practical knowledge of systems (EPICOR)
• Management of excess and obsolete resources and planning
• Ability to manage projects and establish clear goals and accountabilities to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Results oriented, proactive, independent.
?Experience:
• Manage the sourcing and purchasing functions for raw material and component inventory for multiple manufacturing plants.
• Partner with corporate Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning team on executing strategies to optimize inventory cost and service levels across the network.
• Implement procedures and controls that provide early indicators of potential inventory issues to mitigate disruptions to production
• Responsible for ensuring supply plans are in place to meeting new product launch timelines
• Manage local supplier performance and supply agreements. Deliver material cost savings through supplier negotiations and other sourcing strategies.
• Work closely with manufacturing and warehousing teams to maintain a robust control environment to minimize inventory losses
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the supply chain and improve inventory accuracy
• Develop and manage cycle counting procedures for key inventory categories and lead periodic physical inventory counts.
• Responsible for reporting and analysis of key inventory metrics including yield performance, inventory turns, excess and obsolete, etc.
• Clearly communicate goals and objectives and facilitate associate growth and development through regular team meetings, coaching, training, and companyoffered learning opportunities
