You will drive data analysis based on different seller profiles and deliver highly targeted and impactful initiatives to drive sustained seller performance and growth in every step of the funnel . You will be in charge scalable solutions through self-service tools and communication for FBA sellers.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead and co- lead ad-hoc analyses base on seller cohorts/pain points to propose scalable solutions for sellers through communication or education
- Work with PMs in FBA to determine incentives to drive high value actions from SP
- Collaborate with central teams on SP communication and education to focus on FBA related pain points
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
