We are looking for a Commercial Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of overseeing key operations in a company with over 20 locations and an annual revenue target of $30 million.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive profitable sales and field negotiations in collaboration with branch teams.
Drive penetration and growth in existing product markets and secondary process markets.
Develop and implement commercial strategies to win new business and strengthen existing accounts.
Supervise and align channel managers with corporate objectives.
Conduct extensive market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Build strong relationships with key customers on specific projects and ongoing production.
Set sales goals and monitor performance against goals.
Work with Operations to align commercial strategies with supply chain capabilities.
Essential Requirements:
Education: Degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
Languages: Advanced English.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the metalworking industry in a management or leadership role.
Availability: Full travel availability.
Skills: Strategic leadership, market analysis, team management, and results orientation.
