Are you passionate about solving technical problems and supporting global IT operations? We're looking for a ?????Technical Support Engineer – Systems & Network to provide Level 1 support across infrastructure, cloud, and applications; fully remote.
In this role, you'll be part of a global team delivering high-quality support to users across the U.S., helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
?? Role at a Glance:
?? Location: 100% Remote
?? Support Scope: U.S. clients
?? Schedule: Flexibility to work across U.S. time zones in collaboration with global teammates (7am to 4pm CST aprox)
??? What You'll Do:
Provide Tier 1 technical support for systems, applications, and networks
Troubleshoot incidents across hardware, cloud services, VoIP, and endpoints
Support and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, WAPs, servers, and SaaS tools
Handle onboarding, device setup, and technical training for users
Document processes, configurations, and solutions for internal use
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for escalations
??You should have experience with:
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Must Have)
A strong customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
VoIP systems, SaaS PABX, and endpoint provisioning
Linux, cPanel, WordPress (a plus!)
