Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Materials Planning Teams are responsible for the plans, schedules, and monitoring of the movement of material through the production cycle. They determine quantity and order date for materials to meet production or engineering schedules, initiate purchase or production requisitions compliant with supply agreements, and develop the schedule to be used in the production facility based on forecasts and historical analysis. The Team develops specifications for new contract orders as well as forecasts and plans for labor requirements. They provide timely and accurate input on supplier performance and may be asked to participate in higher level supplier performance reviews with the strategic sourcing team. They also monitor cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.

Task and responsibilities:
• Analyze system proposals for purchasing material driven by customer demand.
• Process, launch and follow purchase orders to assigned suppliers.
• Track order fulfillment for the assigned projects.
• Maintan in real-time Sap with correct and confirmed dates.
• Take proper decisions in regards of material flow in order to maintain stock level in optimum range.
• Track supplier performance in terms of delivered quantities, dates and services; evaluate and develop actions to improve the service quality.
• Identify optimum transport solutions, set and follow premium freight request in the system.
• Follow and offer proper solutions to customer complains.
• Active support in system set-up.
• Take proper actions to maintain system accurate (delivery confirmations, solving error messages, track discrepancies at material movement, etc.).
• Work together with Customer Service/Production teams to meet customer expectations.
• Extract and analyze data in order to provide proper reporting related to KPI tracking.
• Performs any other tasks related to his profile that are necessary or given to it.
General Requirements:
• Analysis experience of at least 2 years.
• Past experience working
