Job Objective:
Attract and retain clients interested in payment gateway solutions by driving technological adoption to boost their sales. This role is key in identifying business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and positioning the company's value proposition within Mexico's digital ecosystem, with a view to expansion across LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and convert clients (SMEs, e-commerce, startups, among others), maximizing the adoption of digital payment solutions.
- Design tailored proposals that integrate payment gateways, alternative methods, and complementary services aligned with the client's operations and needs.
- Manage the full commercial cycle: prospecting, activation, follow-up, and account development.
- Measure, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and sales volume.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, support) to ensure efficient implementation and a seamless commercial experience.
- Identify improvement opportunities and anticipate trends in payment methods and fintech technologies to strengthen the value proposition.
Required Profile:
- Degree: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, International Business, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency
- Valid Visa
- Willingness to travel
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in commercial roles focused on Payment Processors.
- Solid knowledge of payment processing technologies: credit/debit cards, SPEI, payment links, physical and virtual terminals, omnichannel solutions.
- Proven experience in the LATAM market with an understanding of the region's commercial, regulatory, and cultural dynamics.
- Previous experience in fintechs, banks, or payment technology companies is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Proactive, results-oriented commercial profile with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into active clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in Spanish and preferably in English.
- Dynamic mindset and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and collaborate across product, marketing, and technical support teams.
