About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. In this role, you will oversee the accounting and administrative functions for CJ Latin America, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations. This position plays a key role in supporting our regional operations and reporting to our global headquarters in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process in Epicor, including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable invoice entries and administer check runs.
• Record and reconcile daily cash receipts.
• Partner with customers and the sales team to drive timely collections.
• Analyze and track business and financial performance data.
• Serve as the primary contact for external accounting firm (tax compliance, audits, transfer pricing).
• Submit financial reports to U.S. headquarters.
• Execute general ledger activities in coordination with corporate accounting.
• Register CJLA as a supplier with new customers.
• Ensure full compliance with CJ global accounting policies.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, accounting systems, and ERP platforms (Epicor preferred).
• Language proficiency:
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

• ?? Target annual base salary: MXN $470,000 – $580,000
• ?? Total target annual compensation (including bonuses & profit sharing): MXN $500,000 – $625,000
