The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. This position is responsible for the labour law compliance, promoting company values, running HR global initiatives, growth & development for all employees, following up on company policies and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees
Key Responsibilities
? Execution of Human Resources strategy and objectives to comply with regional priorities.
? Proposes Employee Relations Strategy (Union, Legal labour compliance and Mediation)
? Creation of performance action plans related to Attrition and disciplinary KPI's (partnering with operations and other support areas)
? Execution of operations, staff recruitment and selection process
? Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
? Create a GPTW action plan and establish a follow-up process
? Ensure compliance with the UN Global Compact.
? Ensure the execution of HR programs and initiatives
? Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Education and specific training
? Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent (required)
? Fluent English (required)
Work Experience
? 2 years of experience in human resources.
? Experience with local law regulations
? Human resources procedures
? Call centre management
? Recruitment and people management
