Global Key Account Manager responsible for the commercial / technical management of AB-Inbev account.
Seek new customers by formulating and following planned sales strategies and company marketing programs.
Analyze customer needs and formulate solutions using all resources available. Offers services that enhances customers organization.
Mapping those segments we serve and bring to the company (through the proper tool / Sales Force) relevant information about market, trends and competition mapping.
Mainly Responsibilities - Ensure safe working practice and adherence to Grace Policies.
- Make sure the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) is achieved / exceeded.
- Set appropriate metrics (KPI's) to ensure business focus on sustainable growth and employee's behaviors in line with Grace Vision & Values.
- Commercial Excellence Execution through (i) providing internal / external resources to the Sales Team performing as a best-in-class specialty chemical company, (ii) Coach and contribute to the individual's development, (iii) Ensure relevant information from Market, Competitors and Trends are properly loaded and available in the SF (Salesforce).
- Development, maintenance, and improvement of relationship with new and existing customers, establishing contacts at all levels in customers operations, technical centers and HQ's.
- Review sales activity reports and compare them with planned activities to ensure adherence to targets.
- Pipeline building / monthly discussions with Sales Team & MTLT.
Required Experience and Qualifications - 5-7 years of engineering, technical or sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, engineering, or related field.
- Fluent English.
