Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs to support hardware manufacturing and production-line test systems.

Understands systems architecture and hardware compatibility, operating systems, command line utilities, networks, databases and internet-related tools.

How you'll make your mark:

• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
• Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
• Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
• Frequently represents the organization to internal account teams.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

About you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Typically 6-10 years experience.
• Extensive experience with hardware: Rack and tower servers, enclosures and blades, management interfaces (iLO, BMC, RedFish), storage controllers, RAID, NICs, and some knowledge 3rd party drivers
• Some experience with rack solutions: storage devices, networking devices (top-of-rack-switches), smart PDUs, etc
• Working knowledge of Linux / CLI
• Working knowledge of Python scripting
• Basic knowledge of TFTP
• Basic knowledge BASH scripting
• Knowledge of HPE Cluster Test or HPE Performance Cluster Manager is nice-to-have
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and Spanish.
• Ability to effectively communicate product architecture and design and negotiate solution options
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Annual Salary: $109,400.00 - $251,500.00
