Job Description

As a Battery Program Engineer, you will:

1. Support new program teams to meet objectives by coordinating activities of Manufacturing Planning, ME, Product Engineering, Launch, Production and Purchasing
2. Represent Manufacturing Engineering (ME) at Program Meetings, Component Program Module Team, Program Module Team (e.g. CPMT, TPMT, Pre-Production Build Meetings, etc.)
3. Facilitate / Coordinate Ford based Purchase Orders, Change Requests (PO / APN / CR) and support financial requests for documentation, etc.
4. Develop & maintain program master schedules for Ford and V
5. Analyze schedules identifying shortfalls, program content and timing changes.
6. Facilitate resolution of timing issues
7. Support in updating / publishing various program review decks & web databases (e.g. 15 panel, Integrator, etc.)
8. Receive, evaluate & process (Worldwide Release System) WERS notifications, to support change control.
9. Participate in new program studies with manufacturing planning and ME.
10. Support Ford Land leading timing deck reviews and updates holding weekly CM/contractor/AE progress reviews.
11. Program Change management coordinator for each program (MTC process)
12. Drive documentation updates and maintain Program SharePoint
13. Support Quality Audit process with documents as required.
