We are looking for a Product Designer UI/UX to help us design analytics digital solution with cutting-edge interface practices for the our Global Manufacturing Operations users. In your role, you'll be significantly contributing to influence and guide business questions, through effective digital product design and insightful visualizations. You'll be part of the analytics team who is central for steering the operational and strategic activities of BRP.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Create analytics information architecture/site map based on end-users requirements.
- Design and prototype the layout and structure of MS Power BI dashboards and report supported by domain best practices to maximize user's adoption.
- Optimize and discover new design solutions for the current wallet of dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including VP's and EVP's in order to provide support and advice on various data presentation related issues.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve analytics visualization tool box and guidelines.
- Contribute in maintaining and socializing the Design System throughout the analytics community.
THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Experience on Interaction Design, User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), User Flows, wireframes, hi-fidelity prototypes and detailed design specifications.
- Curiosity in data visualization best practices and essential graphics theory.
- In-depth experience in gathering and interpreting business requirements to design and create interactive reports.
- Determined to unify force and capabilities on developing added value analytics products that follow robust internal development processes to quickly and efficiently deliver value.
- Highly motivated to work in an agile open team environment, putting forward continuous improvements, and where trust is a fundamental pillar.
- Willing to contagiously spread an innovative and collaborative culture mindset.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or 3 years of hands-on analytics product designing,or data visualization experience.
