Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RPA & Solutions Developer to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that optimize business processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Your expertise in tools such as UI Path, Power Automate, Python, PowerApps and related technologies will be critical to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using tools like UI Path, Power Automate, and similar platforms.
• Develop and integrate custom automation scripts using Python, Selenium and other programming languages.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and pinpoint opportunities for automation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop comprehensive automation strategies.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of automation projects, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality and compliance standards.
• Follow coding and process automation best practices.
• Monitor deployed solutions for performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Propose and implement enhancements based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Competencies and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in RPA development or automation solutions design.
• UI Path certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as UI Path, Power Automate, PowerApps and familiarity with other platforms like Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Selenium etc with experience in developing automation scripts and API integrations.
• Experience with cloud-based automation solutions and enterprise system integrations (e.g., ERP, CRM) is an asset.
• Familiarity with AI Agents and using LLM models via API or local instances using OLLAMA etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and process analysis capabilities to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving business challenges and technological advancements.
