ACCOUNTING MANAGER

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Lead AP, AR, Billing, Treasury, Taxes, Cost and Financial Accounting activities ensuring good relations with other departments. customer/vendors, accurate and timely monthly closings and tax compliance.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Public Accounting Degree

• MS Office

• Fluent English

• Accounting Software as Compaq and/or Aspel COI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Book/review all GL transactions by BU, WoCe or consolidated.

• Review/validate Weekly cash flow

• Review/approve weekly vendor payments

• Review Bank Reconciliations

• Perform/review Account Reconciliations

• Coordinate, review AP and AR aging reports

• Coordinate inventory physical counting/cycle counting

• Review/validate inventory/COGS valuation

• Review/validate Temporal Import balances with the Compliance Officer

• Coordinate/execute monthly closings

• Generate Financial Statements

• Send financial information and Tax working papers to the CFO for tax monthly returns fillings

• Prepare/review documents for monthly VAT Claims

• Attend financial/fiscal audits

• Coordinate/execute year end close financial activities,

• Provide/execute Budget activities and Budget Controls.

• Train, supervise and develop the finance team.
