Sales Manager
Location: Mexico Remote
Office hours: Monday through Friday 6am to 3pm or 7am to 4pm
Compensation: Attractive base salary plus an aggressive bonus structure

Sales Overview
The sales organization is a critical enabling function within our business. It comprises several bench sales pods and placement specialists to bring opportunities for our W2 talent. The department is responsible for prospecting for quality leads, contacting potential customers, qualifying customers, negotiating and overcoming customer objections, closing the sale, and generating referrals.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and manage sales team while driving new business by building new partnerships with potential clients (creating revenue)
• Closely monitor and drive all KPI's and metrics for the Mexico based sales team
• Reach defined quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Actively attract and secure new business clients for the department by building a book of business
• Building rapport and trust with current sales team, coaching them as needed
• Analyze sales statistics and market status to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Creatively provide solutions to achieve sales goals and increase the number of project wins from month to month
• Development of sales strategies and processes to ensure team alignment for effective execution
• Ensure team members are well trained in product knowledge, service offerings, service quality and effective sales techniques and presentations, including working with executive teams on sales team development and coaching
• Coaching and managing the team on keeping track of the start and end dates of the bench consultants
• Run daily sales scrums
• Provide individualized coaching and development to team members
• Execute monthly 1:1s and document progress, opportunity areas of team members
• Help team members negotiate rate with vendors & managing the long term relations with them.

Qualifications
• 8-15 years of experience in the sales of products or services
• Bilingual and fluent in English (written/spoken)
• Past bench sales experience as a recruiter, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing.
• Experience selling consultants to Primer Vendors and Clients
• Experience of making successful applications for the allocated bench at job portals, groups and through contacts.
• Ability to coach a team of bench sales recruiters / placement specialists on negotiations with the recruiters regarding the rate and getting best rates in the market as suggested by management.
• Worked extensively coaching and managing bench sales recruiters / placement specialists marketing bench consultants.
• Holding existing relationships with Primer Vendors and constantly works towards adding new clients to the company roster.
• Numbers driven mentality, understanding of sales funnels
• Must have proven track record of strong negotiating and closing sales
• Must be an extremely proactive person who takes pride in their success
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think outside of the box
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Familiarity and comfort using CRM platforms
• Ability to assess market demands and adjust sales tactics to meet targets
• Creation/refinement of sales funnel to ensure sales targets are achieved/exceeded
