Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Multi-tasking turning centers with double spindle, double turret, Y-axis and live tooling, Okuma preferred.

·       CNC programming on the machine (Indispensable)

·       Programming on Master Cam 2022 (Indispensable)

·       CNC machining of high, medium and low carbon steel, bronze and aluminum.

·       High level CNC machine operation.

·       Interpretation of drawings and geometric tolerances.

Handling of measuring equipment Program, edit, and validate CNC lathes and mills.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of ERP and MRP software (SAP preferred)
• CNC machining, programming, and fixture design experience
• Experience with non-destructive inspection techniques
• Knowledge in assembly
• Powder & electrostatic paint
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings/prints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering field preferred
• 7+ years' experience in manufacturing engineering
