About the job Freelance Recruiter
We are an international recruitment startup company, and we are looking for competent Freelance Recruiters to assist us in finding the best talent for our clients worldwide.
We deal with candidates and companies from all over the world. We have realistic goals and focus on quality work.
This is a comission-only position for people who are ambitious, driven and enjoy working remotely in international recruitment.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
-Creating job postings and publish them on job boards and social media
-Call and email candidates and screen them for positions with our clients
-Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed and other CV databases
-Manage the recruitment processes in our ATS

REQUIREMENTS:
-Immediate availability
-Flexibility (variable workloads and project durations)
-Full-time only (not suitable for students or part-time)
-Very high level of communication in English - both written and spoken
-Confident and motivated to deal on the phone with large volumes of candidates
-Background in recruitment, HR, sales or project management
-Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
-Proficient in sourcing qualified candidates through resume databases, LinkedIn and social media
