Experience Requirements (In order to be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications)

• Extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks, demonstrated by a proven track record of effectively managing financial transactions, generating accurate reports, and utilizing advanced features. Proficiency in navigating QuickBooks Online is required.

• A deep-seated passion for spreadsheets, coupled with an advanced skill set in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software. The ideal candidate should be adept at creating complex formulas, utilizing pivot tables, and transforming data into actionable insights.

• Extensive bookkeeping experience, including keeping accurate records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.

• Proven experience in effectively managing payments and invoices for employees and clients.

• Previous experience in client budget and time allocation management.

• Must have proven experience with billing and invoicing.
