Startup is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operations Associat e to join their team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of their workplaces. This role involves supporting the operations team in maintaining office infrastructure, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with office events, all while ensuring the highest standards of service to their internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of day-to-day office operations, including onboarding new clients, addressing inquiries, and coordinating office services such as food & beverages and wellness programs.
Support vendor management, including procurement, servicing coordination, and managing office staff, such as cleaning and maintenance.
Ensure the office environment runs smoothly by maintaining equipment, handling mail deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety and government regulations.
Key Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on service-oriented support and client relations.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing office operations and vendor relationships.
