Zurich Capability Center is Hiring a Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis: Facilitate workshops with clients to design and map optimized business processes aligned with platform capabilities.
Requirements Gathering: Identify and define innovative solutions that enhance stakeholder value.
Strategic Planning: Lead strategic planning for functional analysis and prioritize business requirements based on client needs.
Functional Team Management: Execute tasks for the functional team, ensuring thorough tracking of requirements gathering, analysis, and configuration.
Technical Support: Provide support in clarifying tasks for the technical team and assist in test strategy planning.
Business Process Mapping: Map business processes and create SIPOC diagrams in collaboration with clients.
Proof of Concept Initiatives: Participate in proof of concept initiatives across various business lines.
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Experience in complex implementations.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve business problems.
Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically, adapt, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) are essential for interacting with stakeholders and documenting findings and requirements. Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Being meticulous in work is essential for success in this position. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
