Role Description

Overseeing software development practices and solutions, managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will be expected to lead and mentor a team of developers, maintain client relationships, and ensure the adherence to best practices in software development while facilitating some tasks remotely as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Production: Manage the software development lifecycle from planning to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of software quality.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of software developers, testers, and other technical staff.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
• Coordination: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to align objectives and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and management.
• Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in project management tools and software development methodologies.
