Summary of Position Function:

1. Coordinate, analyze, and balance customer demand plans, ensuring effective internal and external communication.
2. Coordinate production and sales reviews to meet delivery requirements.
3. Develop and maintain finished product shipping plans.
4. Coordinate and oversee the resolution of internal shipping process abnormalities.
5. Manage finished goods inventory.
6. Coordinate and follow up on customer deliveries.
7. Conduct regular visits to customers and logistics personnel to maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze customer demand timeliness and assess the rationality of customer requests.
2. Coordinate the end-to-end process of production, supply, and shipment in alignment with OTD (On-Time Delivery) indicators.
3. Manage finished goods inventory turnover to prevent aging stock; investigate root causes and coordinate resolution efforts.
4. Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong customer relationships.
