Production Line Supervisor

As a Production Line Supervisor, you will accomplish the production program, leading the work group under your responsibility, following the safety and quality policies established by our company and customers.

You will report to a plant manager, and you will manage a team of 18 employees, working #LI-onsite in our plant located in Apodaca!

Key Responsibilities

• You will implement the production program according to our customer requirements.

• You will ensure line startup and shutdown with personnel, materials, and machinery in conditions.

• You will coordinate the daily activities in your work area, assigning work responsibilities to the personnel in your charge.

• You will do personnel management; attendance, leave, absence, and leadership. Manage you team in our internal program, overseeing and evaluating the performance of our team members through our software.

• You will manage hanging instructions.

Qualifications

• Technical education, bachelor's degree or industrial engineering with at least + 1 year of experience in similar position.

• Knowledge of risk-based thinking and basic tools such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9000.

• Handle and implement the APQP methodology.

• English intermediate, being able to understand writing texts.

• Leadership and comunication skills.
