Position Summary

This is a hybrid position within Cuernavaca, Morelos.

Thales is looking for a Sales Operations Intern who is primarily responsible of elaborating & monitoring the Operational Forecasts for the Banking and Payment Services Digital & Services Business Unit.

In this position, you will also contribute to improving the Operational forecasts supporting the Services Sales teams identifying Risks and opportunities.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Check Customer's Purchase Orders received.
• Attend the project kick off meeting to be aware of information related to project analytics 15%
• Monthly forecasts review.
• Analyze Actual figures versus Budget versus Forecast last month.
• Identify the main variations and look at the reasons.
• Identify Risks & Opportunities
• Contribute to the Sales Operations Worldwide Team in terms of the forecast file.
• Provide necessary reports to Sales, Finance Controller & Business Plan Administration management.
• Attend sales meetings and customer meetings as required 10%
• Contribute to achieve the expected Revenue Target.
• Work with Customer Service to ensure cohesive levels of communication in terms of extraordinary business.
• Train teammates on new processes and procedures as they are rolled out.
• Guide and support local teams on blocking points.
• Solve problems and propose solutions for partner teams to achieve their desired results while maintaining company standards.
• Partner with Customer Service teams to ensure a cohesive process is followed for similar services.

Minimum Requirements

• Mandatory to be a student in the last 3 semesters (maximum 1.5 years to 6 months from graduation) of International Business, Economy, Finance, Administration, or similar.
• Fluent English.
• IT/Software: Advanced Excel and pivot tables, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong numerical & analytical skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Able to work in complex administrative structures.
• Have a strong understanding of the business process and rigorous execution of it.
• Have a strong written and verbal communication.
