We are hiring an IT Intern, who will support our IT team in Chihuahua, Chihuahua.

Responsibilities

• Support end users, peripheral devices, printers/scanners, etc.
• Experience in remote technical support management and in workbench type platforms.
• PC's / Laptops (support and configuration), laser and barcode printers, structured Cabling, ITIL - Windows refresh, Network protocol, network fault diagnosis, network services connection, diagnosis and basic maintenance of PC's and printers (internal), IATF 16949, ISO 14001.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support end-user computer equipment, as well as its peripherals and/or accessories.
• Ensure the life cycle of all IT devices.
• Support areas of service delivery in local and global projects.
• Meet and/or support the fulfillment of the objectives of the company in terms of Safety and Environment corresponding to its function or area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an IT engineering degree or similar.
• Conversational English (50%)
• Basic knowledge of customer service
• Experience supporting clients via E-mail or phone calls.
• Capable of creating technical documents and training people.
• Capable of translating technical information into understandable content for the client.
• MS Office and Windows knowledge.
