Descripción General:

El Supervisor de Seguridad Twin Dolphin es un profesional de la Seguridad y el servicio, con un amplio criterio y elevado nivel de valores que le permiten alcanzar de manera responsable y organizada los objetivos del Departamento en temas de prevención, planeación y control de Seguridad, para el beneficio de nuestros propietarios, directivos, colaboradores, proveedores y contratistas.

• Intermediate English Level 3
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Experience in ultra-luxury services within the hotel industry or residential developments.
• Customer service experience with residents, guests, or clients, with a focus on respectful, courteous, and discreet treatment.
• Supervision of shifts, handovers, logs, patrols, and access control.
• Report writing, incident tracking, and support in internal investigations.
• Implementation of asset protection protocols and facility security.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, evacuation, and response to real incidents.
• Coordination with emergency services: Civil Protection, Red Cross, Fire Department, and Police.
• Experience using video surveillance systems (CCTV) and access control systems.
• Management of operational staff: scheduling shifts, days off, and handovers.
• Oversight of compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Risk identification, creation of risk maps, and real-time decision-making.
• Basic first aid techniques.
