Job Description:

Manage warehouse operations (picking, packing, documentation).

Define Eurocopter platform policy (location, performance systems).

Manage platform performance worldwide (Key Performance Indicators, quality, economical performance, on-time delivery, dashboards).

Ensure quality of the stock according to Forecast & Planning specifications.

Measure the customer satisfaction and internal performance for customer satisfaction.

Ensure the interface between the several internal and external services.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
