Proto SCM Coordinator Tech (night shift)

As Proto SCM Coordinator Tech, you will play a key role in Aptiv's managing the contact for all requirements, deliveries, shipments and customer service attention.

Your Role

• Review and process sales orders forwarded by Aptiv Account Managers
• Interface with Aptiv Account Managers to resolve any PO issues
• Respond to sales inquiries regarding prototype orders
• Create prototype sales orders in SAP
• Create Delivery and Shipment documents in SAP when requested by Project Mgrs
• Create Prototype barcode labels and customer labels in SAP for shipments
• Document monthly basis inventory history in the Warehouse.
• Coordination of receiving material if products arrive on suspicious or damaged boxes or containers
• Quarantined of suspicious products.
• Support to Purchase/SCC parts on a BIF by SAP or E-catalog if apply
• Coordination of Kit analysis for proto builds.

Your Background

• Business Administration, Industrial Engineer BD or studying similar career
• 3 -5 years' experience as Costumer Contac
• Experience on Tier 1 automotive industry
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, and customer focused working style
• Business fluent English
• In-depth knowledge of customer contact/service principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to take decisions and good judgment in emergency situations.
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• SAP experience
