Job Description
Manage and evaluate machine and equipment resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime, reduce costs and increase productivity on all production lines, ensure all employees follow health and safety standards, set production goals and communicate them to key personnel, provide motivation, support and guidance to all supervisors under their charge, establish workflow policies that improve speed and efficiency without compromising safety or product integrity, create professional development plans for employees to ensure their growth and job satisfaction
* Implement new material planning methods to reduce internal process routes. * Develop strategic plans based on data analysis. * Design new processes and procedures to standardize work methods. * Develop Specific Work Plans to meet KPI'S (Scrap, Output and Warehouse Deliveries) * Review and Approve procedures according to new quality and safety standards. *Validate deviations to the established standards. * Disciplinary responsible of the personnel under his charge. * Direct the special tasks to be performed under the order of the supervisor.
* Promotes and generates strategies for staff assistance to meet production objectives. * Feedback and communicate, in an efficient manner to your work teams, the short and medium term plans. * Responsible for Working as a team with your teams and other areas as well as union representatives to maintain harmony within the organization. *Evaluation and release of training and training of new personnel (Supervisors). *Responsible for meeting defined objectives in all areas of production. * Promotes the evaluation for the changes of categories of each worker. *Responsible for the performance evaluation of supervisors (Mysuccess). * Grants permissions and vacations for its personnel. * Responsible for monitoring the incidences of its personnel that justify the application of the RIT *Responsible for managing additional shifts to the current work scheme
Qualifications
-Engineering or Bachelor's degree completed
-3 years of experience in similar position
-Experience in production processes, knowledge of automotive quality standards, personnel management, desirable experience in development of improvement projects under the CBS methodology.
- Experience leading new projects.
