Quality Management Manger

As a Quality Management Manger, you will be responsible for the certification capability for the Quality Management System of Plant San Luis Potosí as well for planning and sustainable implementation of quality improvements.

As well, you will plan and control the audit program with Quality departments at SLP and in consultation with other Plants of the Group.

Furthermore, you will be responsible of ensuring the conformity of production as the interface to the function "Development Abroad, Conformity of Production, Labels", and the CoP through test planning, steering the verification management as well as planning and implementation of authority audits.

Also, you will steer the activities for Q promotion and quality-methods support, in addition to planning and steering the internal and external audit program, and ensure the implementation of process, system audits and result documentation.

You should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or any related field of study.
- 10+ years of experience in Q-Methods, QM-Systems (DIN ISO 9000, TS 16949), Six Sigma (Black Belt, Green Belt).
- 10+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Competence to assess and show all deviations and improvements on quality management system and processes, and to make decisions about the further procedure towards the function "Corporate Quality".
- Competence to steer and escalate CoP-relevant Topics as the interface to the "Development Abroad, Conformity of Production, Labels".
- Fluent business English.
