Description
Responsible for efficiently scheduling the pickup and delivery of clients withing the expected operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Check e-mails and daily messages for trip cancelations and/or additional trips for load's schedules.
Responsible for efficiently schedule the pickup and delivery of clients, making scheduling adjustments for carriers and or drivers when necessary.
Confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
Organize workflow and appointments by collecting load, carrier and customer information, and managing assignments.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 2 years of proving experience as a customer service agent.
English level – Advance (fluent)
Attention to Detail: Must have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with scheduling or freight management software is a plus.
