The Opportunity
As a key member of the Global Workflow Development and Governance Team, the LATAM Workflow Project Manager & Developer Coordinator will be responsible to receive all requests of projects related with Workflows in SAP for Master Data and Transactional Data design approaches for high performance workflow ensuring Data Quality with a focus on stability, cost effectiveness and on-time delivery.
This position will ensure creation and/or enhancement of Development Governance, including but not limited to standards, best practices, guidelines.

Your Impact
As LATAM Workflow Project Manager & Developer Coordinator your scope would consist of:
- Responsible to receive the Business Requests and ensure are in compliance with the MASTER DATA global standards.
- Estimation of project including external and internal resources, timeline , communication, development, BRF rules, security, environment, test management.
- Ensure budget approvals.
- Creation of contractor's request (Statement of Work).
- Definition of Projects communication strategy.
- Development coordinator enhance Global code Governance PIRT WF solutions maximizing shared code and common design patterns.
- Provide Solution Governance to LATAM Perform design and code reviews.
- Colaborate with external vendors to ensure the successful of projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow ITSM process and tools, HPLM, SOLMAN, Azure DevOps, Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management for handling Operations effectively.
- Work with Functional Leads, System and Landscape Management, DMO and other PIRT project teams to close gaps/improve ways of working across all Workflow deliverables.
- Ensure healthy project financials.
- Adherence to the Enterprise Solutions operating model, including technology standards, support methodology, release management, change management, and other related processes and procedures, SLA and controls compliance
- Responsible to approve all security workflow related roles in LATAM.
- Responsible of transport tracking for all environments in LATAM.
- Evaluate proposals to estimate and adopt new SAP Workflow capabilities and functionality to share with the business
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
- 8-10 years of hands-on SAP Workflow design and development
- 2-3 years of Project SAP Workflow experience
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- SAP Workflow Graphical Workflow Builder and constructors
- Knowledge in Master Data required
- SAP ABAP Expertise - FMs, BOs, Classes etc (preferebly)
- SAP Event Management including Status Mgmt, Change Docs, BTE etc
- BRF Application Development, Integration
- Strong Functional knowledge in multiple value stream areas
- SAP Workflow debugging, system trace
- SAP Workflow Configuration expertise
- SAP Security knowledge desirable
- SAP Workflow Administration in large production environments
Mandatory Non-Technical Skills:
- Expert knowledge of SAP Master Data (Vendor, Customer & Material Life Cycle).
- Experience in project team management.
- Knowledge on ticket management and documentation tools (ServiceNow, Solman, Charm...).
- Execute effectively interface between business users and technical data experts.
- Focuses team on organizational priorities based on IT calendar.
- Exchanges information and ideas effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Developed interpersonal skills, including excellent oral, written, and listening skills.
- Ability to understand functional requirements to give the best recommendations from technical perspective.
- Ability to translate business relevance into technical concepts.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively with assistance.
- Cooperates with others and responds to customers and team members
- Interacts with end users and team members in supporting existing business processes and applications.
- Interaction with global teams to communicate, review and approve requirements.
- Capability to communicate and mitigate concerns to the business and technical teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
