Job Description

The IT Solution Lead is accountable for the whole end-to-end perspective of the entire IT solution that he/she manages. Solution Lead orchestrates all responsible roles and activities over the entire IT solution life cycle: plan, build, deploy, run and phase-out.

• Manages end-to-end solutions between small to medium based (Enterprise solutions, Web Applications, Mobile Applications & automation solutions etc.,)
• Consults the customers pro-actively in new as well as optimizing existing solutions (technical + commercial) and in regards-to standardization. Techno commercial responsibility.
• Plans activities for IT Solution within planning processes in close alignment with the experts in the Solution Team
• Integrates IT Products/Services into customer's environment according to customer specific needs to create required benefit for the customer
• Manages IT Solution's dependencies and integration of involved IT Products/Services in close alignment with relevant Product/Service Owners and takes over accountability for interfaces.
• Analyzes and communicates KPIs (including service level targets, customer satisfaction and benchmarking for solutions).
• Accountable for all commercial aspects of IT Solution
• Ensures achievement of objectives (measured by KPIs) through appropriate measures
• Define the team setup based on a combination of internal and contracted team members and manage the contracts as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT solutions (preferably web application development, Mobile Application development, enterprise & automaton solutions)
• Bachelor's or master's degree under IT specialization
• Strong technical knowledge in Application development solution platforms to manage the solution architecture
• Experience in customer interfacing to represent the solutions under the business team
• Strong leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate Solution team
• Ability to develop technical architecture for IT solutions (Enterprise solutions, Web Applications, digitalization & automation solutions etc.,)
• Deep understanding of how the IT Solution supports customer processes
• Problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decisions)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good people skills to manage a solution team
• Professional experience with broad knowledge of IT solutions for manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and quality management, general understanding of IT development and processes as well as understanding of the architecture
• Good understanding of the dependencies of the IT-Solution: such as other IT services to manage the continuous delivery, deployment & Integration activities
• Good understanding of project management and execution inclusive operational topics
• Strong business English communication - verbal & oral
