Requirements:

· Industrial engineering, Computer Engineering

· 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.

. 3 years of experience in similar position.

. Knowledge supply chain processes

. Experience with SAP in different modules (MM, PP, SD, FICO, QM, PM)

. Knowledge in Power BI

Key Responsibilities:

• Support compliance efforts through documentation and participation in audits.
• Develop and deliver training programs for SAP Key Users.
• Maintain updated training materials and user documentation.
• Configure and customize SAP modules (SD, EDI, MM, PP, WM) in collaboration with the global SAP team.
• Support integration between SAP and MES systems, resolving interface issues.
• Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between external systems and SAP.
• Act as a liaison between local business units and the global SAP team to align system requirements.
• Ensure all system configurations and process improvements meet internal standards and industry regulations.
• Adhere to company-defined best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and refresher sessions.
• Promote a knowledge-sharing culture by empowering Key Users to train others.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Assist in creating business cases for escalation to the global SAP team.
• Identify and implement improvements in supply chain and production processes using SAP.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects (e.g., system upgrades, contingency planning, inventory activities).
