Job Purpose
The Analyst, Commercialization role is designed to coordinate all the finished good and material setup activities required to commercialize any change impacting KHC products. The analyst supports the project managers in setting up, tracking and completion of materials (ingredients & packaging) and finished goods through our manufacturing site systems to set our projects up for launch success.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
· Lead the activation of all Finished Goods (FGs), Semi Finished Goods (SFGs), Semi Finished Goods-Non Shippable (SFNS) as well as all Ingredient and Packaging Materials from reservation/creation to completion (03 status)
· Monitor and Report on the status of the various activation Workflows to the PCM daily or weekly depending on required project routine
· Follow-up with individual functional owners to drive timely completeness based on the project deadlines
· Proactively assess functional readiness to perform Workflow tasks by ensuring team members have access and are properly trained
· Troubleshoot system and process related bottlenecks and elevate corrective actions needed to PM/Project Team as well as functional team
· Responsible for the project management of initiatives similar to the below within a given Business Unit upon request:
o Repack Projects
o Graphics Projects (e.g. Quality Improvement, Compliance or Maintenance)
o Productivity & Maintenance Projects (e.g. supplier transitions, production location transitions, capacity projects)
· Attend and provide status updates on workflow at project level meetings
Expected Experience & Required Skills
· Min 2 years leading and managing multiple projects related to product development; CPG experience preferred
· Utilized project management software and tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet or Monday
· Used programs such as SAP, Excel, Tableau
· Familiarity with working in PLM/PDM systems
· Familiarity working within a Stage Gate process
· Strong leadership, communication (fluent English), and interpersonal skills
· Experience working with international teams / remote work
