Responsibilities:
Lead and manage enterprise-level software implementation projects from initiation through deployment
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
Design and configure software solutions aligned with client goals
Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues as they arise
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly with stakeholders
Required Skills:
Experience as an Implementation Project Manager, particularly within HR or workforce software ecosystems
5+ years of experience implementing enterprise HR and Workforce Management systems
Demonstrated expertise in Workday and/or Kronos integration projects
Strong background in HR processes and systems
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
Highly organized with attention to detail
Bonus/Desired Skills:
Experience with Time and Labor Management (TLM), HRIS, and Workforce Management solutions
Familiarity with change management practices and client onboarding strategies
Experience in a client-facing consulting or implementation specialist role
Knowledge of industry best practices in enterprise software implementation
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM)
