It Business Solutions Leader

Main Responsibilities:

• Understands the process/es under his/her scope, working together with end users. Executes all the activities related to SAP Billing Support, based mainly in SAP, considering always the process improvements, including changes that will affect the applications under his/her responsibility. Provide constant feedback to key users about changes, errors and other particular requests.
• Understand the conceptual model and assists to develop tasks configurations and functional designs.
• Performs conversion and integration tasks.
• Implements regression, integral and users test.
• Monitors implementing deployment tasks and post implementation support.
• Ensures full compliance with IT Tenaris Methodology.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Special Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

• Enjoy solving problems.
• Being a Strategic Thinker.
• Expressing ideas in a simple way.
• Upper Intermediate English skills.
• Knowledge in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or at least active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions.
