Primary Responsibilities
- Proficiency in managing and updating enterprise-level CMS platforms, such as Tridion or similar systems.
- Strong technical skills in web development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with website performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Ability to lead and manage a small team of technical resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new software and technologies.
Basic Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in webmaster roles, including maintaining and updating CMS platforms for large enterprise companies.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing websites with high traffic volumes.
- Strong knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot website issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to execute web-related initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in migrating and implementing new CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of modern CMS systems, such as Tridion, Bloomreach, or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Familiarity with responsive web design principles and mobile optimization techniques.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Knowledge of content localization and multilingual website management.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
