We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a IT Engineer

• SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
• Seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer with a user-first mentality and collaborative spirit. In this role, you will be a key contributor in a cross-functional product team and collaborate with business owners, product managers, designers, content strategists, and with the engineering team. Deliverables will include experience flows, design presentations and prototypes, visual assets, and follow-up revisions during implementation.

• ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
• Work with UX Research team members to articulate important user needs
• Work with the product team and business group teams to identify and articulate critical user benefits and necessary functional requirements
• Strategize and create relevant and meaningful design solutions using industry-standard UI skills and design software
• Create useful prototypes for internal stakeholder communication and external user reviews
• Analyze and summarize internal and external feedback on design solutions (through usability testing and iterative design)
• Create relevant stories about design solutions for communication across our entire organization
• Support team leadership with creative direction for other team members
• Collaborate with team leadership on team's growth and organization

• EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND/OR TRAINING:
• Bachelor's degree in design discipline plus 5-7 years of experience in UX design.
• Experience leading the generation of key user flows based on user needs
• Experience prototyping design solutions with Framer and comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with the Director of UX and able to facilitate daily UX team standup.
• Experience creating user stories and tasks utilizing Jira's project management dashboard.
• Experience in designing across multiple digital platforms including web and mobile
• Experience with mobile UI/UX including native apps, responsive web, and progressive web apps
• Strong ability to communicate design concept ideas through sketches, prototypes, and wireframes to stakeholders, and business partners
• Engagement, optimism towards problem-solving, and a change-ready perspective
• Ability to lead end-to-end design processes.
