YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Clarifying and defining constructive requirements together with the responsibleengineer, estimating construction efforts for individual assembly groups andcomponents.
• Creating work packages and schedulesaccording to Hella time-to-market process.
• Creating and controlling work packages for GDN(Global Development Network) partners.
• Managing partial projects and/or smallteams with technical reference that could occur in the context of a development project.
• Coordinating and instructing team membersin GDN (Global Development Network).
• Involvement in the creation of aperformance specification on the basis of the available requirementspecification, incl. requirement analysis.
• Preparing constructive drafts using CADdata of customers in terms of individual assembly groups and components, takinginto account technical standards and economical aspects.
• Developing constructive solutions forassembly groups and components, taking into account functional, material,manufacturing and economic aspects, working out of constructions for detaileddevelopment.
• Conducting and initiating detailed worksfor assembly groups and components, working out all necessary 3D documents.
• Selecting the materials and standards tobe used, determining tolerances and conducting drawing tests.
• Coordinating new or modifiedconstructions during conceptual and fine-tuning phases, with concerned pointslike process planning, quality planning, construction, and laboratory.
• Overseeing the draft of a construction FMEA bytaking into account customer demands.
• Initiating trials (mechanical,mechatronic) on test devices in coordination with responsible engineer,inclusion of results in construction of assembly groups and components.
• Participating in testing of constructionsin terms of property right issues in the patent department.
• Continuous processing, interpreting andimplementing of relevant technical information from internal positions.
• Exchanging necessary data with thoseinvolved, both internally and externally.
• Indicating occurring target deviations tothe responsible positions; indicating existing solution alternatives.
• Introducing special know-how andexperience (materials, AVT).
• Assuming key-user functions in specialareas.
• Smooth customer and suppliercommunication, domestic and international.
