Position Title: Marketing Specialist (Mexico)
Reports To: Sr. Brand & Marketing Manager (US)
Salary Range: $29,000 - $35,000 MXN Monthly
Job: On site in Coyoacán
About the Job: As Marketing Specialist, you'll lead the Byrne Mexico brand's strategy and execution across all touchpoints, driving brand positioning, sales growth, and customer engagement. You'll shape brand narratives, create compelling content, and run campaigns that resonate with target audiences. The right candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop content strategies, optimize multi-channel marketing, and contribute to overall company growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs including lead generation, social media, sales presentations, and thought leadership.
• Manage marketing strategies and projects, ensuring alignment, consistency, and quality across all assets.
• Position Byrne as a market leader through strategic promotions and effective communications.
• Collaborate with sales teams, U.S. marketing counterparts, and stakeholders to align messaging and boost visibility.
• Design campaigns that drive demand, sales, eCommerce engagement, and customer retention.
• Analyze key metrics to optimize performance and uncover insights that fuel innovation.
• Lead content creation and copywriting for social media, sales support, and internal comms.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the architecture and design (A&D) community.
• Plan and execute branded events, workshops, and experiences that deepen audience connection.
• Oversee brand budget and external resources to maximize ROI.
• Guide content design and visual direction to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years leading and executing marketing strategies
• Advanced English required
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to align marketing initiatives with overarching business goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools like Canva or Illustrator.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) for B2B engagement.
