As Wiring Harness Final Assembly Manager, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Operations Manager.

YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

• Manage and coordinate manufacturing functions efficiently and effectively, ensuring that quality, safety and cost are maintained at optimal levels.
• Manage material, capital, and human resources, ensuring their use at the maximum established capacity.
• Ensure the correct execution and fulfillment of the production plans in time and quality maintaining the effective cost of the operation.
• Coordinate continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs across assigned resources and functional areas.
• Establish the goals of key indicators and periodically evaluate the performance of the personnel in charge.
• Compliance with the production plan daily.
• Control of absenteeism and turnover.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related
• 5+ years as Manufacturing Manager (Final Assembly) in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry
• Intermediate English Level (desirable)
