- Design and deliver tailored training programs for Help Desk staff that align with the company's goals and operational needs
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, measuring ROI and continuously improving content and delivery
- Support onboarding and provide ongoing training to ensure new hires are effectively integrated and up to speed
?? Key Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Training and Development, ideally within a Help Desk or technical support environment
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact across departments and regions
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, capable of delivering engaging and results-driven training sessions.
