Job Description
As part of the Mechanical Product Development team, you will be contributing to the design, development, and implementation of solutions in our material handling automation business. This team impacts the design process and supports the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. This allows us to enable seamless integration with other components and systems through the definition of mechanical requirements and specifications.
For this process to take place, we are searching for a team member that considers communication, accountability, and disposition to learn and share knowledge as important character features.
We are looking for someone that has experience with Solidworks and AutoCAD. In addition, if you have programmed with Python and have knowledge regarding engineering change processes and new product introduction, it will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, review, revise and release 3D models, 2D drawings and Bills of Materials.
- Participate in Design Reviews for product revisions and releases, collaborating with the other offices' Product Development teams.
- Interact with Manufacturing Engineering, Sourcing, Quality Engineering, suppliers, and other areas, both for day-to-day production activities, as well as new product developments.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Mechanical Electrical Engineering.
- English fluency.
- Experience with CAD modeling, proficiency with Solidworks and knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, including some experience with simulations.
- Travel availability: 10% of the time.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
WE VALUE
- Knowledge of Engineering change process, NPI, PPAP.
- Previous usage of PLM Teamcenter and Oracle.
- Python programming experience.
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with and in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding electrical theory, circuits and hardware applications. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and logical sequences.
