We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a
MES Support Engineer
Responsibility :
- Good Understanding of MES and Manufacturing process
- Work on Critical Manufacturing Issue Identification, Troubleshooting, Incident resolution, Service requests and problem tickets
- Understand and maps contacts' information to manage internal (MDT) & External (Run partner ) communication and expectations, support and KPI's deployment to the correct audience.
- Understand Monitoring tools for the App / systems.
- Support change management for the release of new version or improvement (Customization, equipment integration)
- Provide Weekly Status report to Stakeholders.
- Responsible for coordination with CM offshore support team and Site IT leads.
- Perform Day to Day activities and troubleshooting for the CM MES application which includes user management/ printer management/ troubleshooting of issues.
- Coordinate MDT MIC (Major Indic ident Coordinator) and other interface team members (SAP/Middleware, etc.) to resolve issues impacts CM application affecting production and non-production environments.
- Understand the ongoing CM MES project activities.
- Create and maintain support documentation.
- Work with CM Vendor for product related issues
- Understand ITIL (incident/problem/change management) & Medical Devices compliance knowledge applicable in Service Now
Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience like MES and Manufacturing process
- Experience with MES factory setting, Configuration and end user GUI processes and support activities in depth
- Understand ITIL (incident/problem/change management) & Medical Devices compliance knowledge applicable in Service Now
- Understand and maps contacts' information to manage internal (MDT) & External (Run partner) communication.
- Advanced English
